The North Norfolk railway line is a 10 minute walk away which is a beautiful way to see nearby Holt or Sheringham as well as many other local spots to visit.

It sits in a wonderful rural spot, ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside, yet only a short drive to the quintessential seaside town of Southwold and its sandy beaches.

A superb one bedroom detached annexe which is ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coastline and be near to the beach and town centre of Cromer. Comprising one double bedroom, kitchen, lounge and shower room, the annexe has it's own enclosed patio area with garden chairs. There is separate access and free on street parking on Connaught Road and Crawford Road. A local shop, bus stop and fish & chips/chinese takeways are a short walk away.
