Papillon Apartment is a modern, contemporary decorated one bedroom flat situated on the second floor of a heritage building in Margate Old Town. Looking directly across at the Iconic Turner Art gallery & the sea the apartment is ideally positioned for access to the many shops, bars & eateries within Margate. Both Dreamland & the Train station are also only a short walk away. The apartment is above our retail shop Papillon Interiors & has been thoughtfully furnished with many items that we sell.

Seafront balcony Studio on award winning Beach

Baydream Studio is a self-contained private and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has fabulous direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. The Hodges is a bright and airy second floor flat overlooking Margate's historic Trinity Square and is within a couple of minutes walking distance of the Old Town, seafront, Winter Gardens and Turner Contemporary art gallery. Ideal for enjoying seaside fun and adventuring to nearby beaches such as Botany Bay and Kingsgate. The comfortable large double bed complete with Egyptian cotton linens makes for restful sleeping.

The apartment is ideally positioned to enjoy the seaside town of Broadstairs which has an excellent selection of shops offering local produce with many restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. The Westwood Cross shopping centre is only a short drive away and has larger stores, restaurants, leisure centre and cinema.

Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
