Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Das Ferienhaus Walting ist herrlich auf dem Land gelegen - in einem Dorf, etwa 8 km vom Brombachsee, im Fränkischen Seenland. Das Haus hat 180qm Wohnfläche und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoß wird gekocht und gegessen, im Obergeschoss sind die Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Das Ferienhaus ist mit vielen schönen Details geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wie Lampen, Geschirr oder Bettwäsche. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie mit Anhang oder zwei befreundete Familien - bis zu 8 Personen.

Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
