Beautiful traditional stone house with natural garden visited by owls & red squirrels, no direct views of beach but 5 min walk awayto Brook Bay, well known for dinosaur fossil footprints. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with double beds, 1 ensuite & one with bunk beds, There are 2 living rooms, kitchen diner, well stocked. We come here to recharge our batteries, so plenty of toys, games, books & home made damson jam. Located in picturesque village of Brook in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Step out of the back gate and onto the bridleway leading over the downs to our favourite place, Compton Bay.

The Hideaway at Chessell, Isle of Wight

This cosy, romantic hideaway is our newly converted old barn. Beautifully decorated, this space is fun, fully ground floor, very well equipped and wonderfully spacious! Situated in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the West of the Isle of Wight, there is easy access to forest, beach and Downland within minutes from the door. All of your necessary amenities, such as shops and pubs are within a very pretty 10 minutes drive.

Orchard Cottage

Converted from a former milking parlour in 199, Orchard has been hosting guests ever since. Perfect for families and guests with pets, Orchard is comfortable and well-equipped for a wonderful stay. Although Mattingley is no longer a working farm, we do keep some pedigree Jacob's sheep, alpacas and sometimes pigs. The farm is located in the rural West Wight with easy access to great walking, cycling and beaches.
