The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

The suite is only available for a minimum of 30 days. Our suite is located in a quiet residential area near major east/west and north/south routes. Its a 15 minute drive to Stony Brook Univ Campus & Hospital, Stony Brook village, local beaches, Pt. Jefferson, & Ferry to Connecticut. Only minutes from Mather & St Charles Hospitals. 10 minute drive to Smith Haven Mall.

Walk to Vineyards, Beaches, Farms & Town

Private bungalow with a separate entrance in a historical tudor home. Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
