Barn Loft at Seymour Station

This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/ barn adjacent to our family's home. This provides all of our guests with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is ready to cook with a stove, microwave, dishes, and more. There is an outdoor grill available, charcoal is not provided. The Pool is available for swimming June-August, 12pm-8pm, weather permitting. A self serve cold breakfast is provided. Cleaning fees are reimbursable! See additional details below.

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Charming Country House

Hello Again-- I'm Back! As a previous Superhost I was closed for updating our farmhouse to bring it up to date, even more comfortable & inviting to guests! We are very conveniently located to Rt 81 & to Rt 88 for travelers. Immersed in nature yet close (5 min. drive) to grocery store & restaurants. It has been recently updated with new kitchen, flooring, appliances, and more. You will enjoy looking out the windows at beautiful trees & fields, or taking a walk in the woods out back.

The Night Owl /Room #1/ private and comfortable

Pleasant space for your comfort while you travel. This room has a queen size memory foam bed on the ground floor of the house. There is one other listing with a different layout to check out if you would prefer those accommodations. Guests have a private entrance to the space that includes a shared bathroom, and shared common room with amenities. Snacks, coffee, bottled water and a portable breakfast is provided. We are centrally located between Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca.

The Dinah Shore features a separate living space and kitchenette in addition to a private bedroom and bath. The sofa pulls out to a double bed. Guests can sit on the deck and enjoy a beautiful view of the pond and Endwell Greens golf course.
