Centrally-located between Sallisaw, OK and Fort Smith/Van Buren, Arkansas (all are just a few minutes away). Very comfortable living space with leather furniture, fully furnished kitchen with stainless appliances, and large office/study area. The master bedroom has a king size platform bed.
