Beautiful Restored Barn -The Old Stables

The Old stables is part of the original estate of Cary Fitzpaine. Although the setting is rural, we are a short way from A37 (.5 mile) and A303 (1.5 miles) which makes us very accessible to other amenities/attractions. The property is self contained and private, with a contained garden. The owners live nearby and are happy for guests to walk around the farm, and are also on hand if required. We are in easy reach of many National Trust properties, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm & Haynes Car Museums.

The Seed House, Shepton Montague

Situated in a delightfully rural village on a working farm, the Seed House has been tastefully converted with oak beams and stone features. Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Unfortunately, cats aren’t allowed due to allergies. Off road parking.

Orchard Cottage

It is surrounded by the Mendip Hills and a stones throw away from attractions such as the Bath & West Showground and Longleat Safari Park (35 minute drive)

Wykeham House

Relax and make some memories at this unique light and airy property with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. Set in one acre of grounds overlooking the Cale valley. Near town with 5 pubs , 3 coffee shops but still in the countryside. This secluded property has a wraparound terrace with wonderful woodland vistas ,the hot tub is undercover in the oak frame building which also has sun beds, a bar, a fire pit and 4 bikes for guests to use. Patten Cottage is a large, warm, comfortable 2-bedroom coach house conversion - full of character - that's well-equipped for a self-catered stay. It has a pretty private patio area and off-road parking for 3 cars. Located in the village of Holton, it's a 5-minute drive to Wincanton and the A303. It's easy to get to and a great base for exploring Somerset, Dorset and Wilts. Starter breakfast items are supplied: farm eggs, bread, cereal, milk, tea etc

Located close to the centre of Templecombe Village, Hill House Cottage is a charming, self-contained wing of a Grade II listed early 18th century house. The property has been renovated to a high standard with exposed stonework, flagstone floors, and a lovely wood burning stove in the sitting room, creating a very special holiday accommodation. The cottage is within walking distance of a convenience store, the nearest pub is less than 1 mile away.

Little Brook, Batcombe, nr Bruton

Nestled in the heart of Batcombe, our renovated coach house offers a comfortable place to stay. The cottage is situated in a picturesque village a few yards from fantastic walks across the mendip hills. Bookings for Christmas, Easter min 3 days also bank holidays must be a minimum of 3 nights, Friday-Monday. Also up to 2 dogs are very welcome. There is a £10 per dog per night charge which can either be added to Airbnb booking or paid when here.
