Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

The house was restored in 2017. with exterior of an old stone mediteranean house and modern and fully equipped interior completed with lovely pictures,lightings and details. In the house is dominant a high functionality of the space and good connection with numerous terraces. Comfortable, designed for holidays, suitable for families with children. About ten minutes walk from the coast and fifteen minutes from the old town of Budva is The Old bakery apartment. The apartment has several benefits: proximity to the city center (ten minutes by walk), proximity to the main bus station (seven minutes by walk), two private parking spots and exit from the city, public park, etc. In front of the complex there are enough parking spaces that are free of charge as well as a large market.
