You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. It is a self-contained 1,740 sq.ft apartment (not the entire home) and has two private entrances, and a full kitchen. It is less than 1 mi from a mtn bike park and 2 mi. from fine dining and entertainment.

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Access by sidewalk from driveway to ramp to the back door back door is available. Yard is very spacious for children to run around in. It is also a quiet shaded neighborhood. All the comforts of home. Looking for a pool in the summer? There is a nice size one in the backyard that is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day, sometimes earlier and open later in the fall. We are very close to the Lawrenceburg/Lawrence County Airport.

We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .
