Take delight and enjoy a delicious breakfast in this splendid open-air villa in the Heart of Seminyak. Enjoy the high vaulted ceilings, turqois accents and vibrant Balinese decor. Gather to lounge by the pool and soak up the magical atmosphere of this tropical hideaway. Villa Anais 3 bedr 3 bathr ensuite, is situated in a safe lane, in the heart of trendy Seminyak. Located on about a 10 minutes walk to Seminyak's beach and a 5 minute walk to fashionable Jl Oberoi, with all popular and hip restaurants and boutiques. Good restaurants and a variety of Spa’s on a few min walk from the villa. Taxi’s are abundant. The large inviting pool is 14m in length, set in a beautiful lush garden with lots of tropical flowers and frangipani trees hanging over the pool. A cozy kazibu is set up at poolside, perfect for lounging and relaxing. This ‘Bali Feel’ villa has been designed with traditional hand carved wooden pillars, antique Bali doors, stone carvings and carved recycle teakwood kitchen closets. The open Living offers a comfortable relax lounge facing the pool. The interior is decorated in Colonial style, mixed with modern design and Balinese details. The roof of the living and 3 bedroom/bathrooms ensuite are covered with hardwood shingles, which gives the villa the 'feel' of a small Balinese village. A Bamboo Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for an addtional fee. Villa Anais offers all modern conveniences you would expect to find, free Wifi, 60 channel Cable TV, Flatscreen TV and DVD players in all 3 bedrooms, safe boxes, Air conditioned bedrooms, modern Kitchen, Bluetooth Sounbar music set and laundry service. Friendly Balinese staff will prepare you a beautiful breakfast in the morning. A couple of newly opened Spa’s close by are regularly visited by our guests. Airport pickup will be organized. There is also the possibility to organize a driver, day tours, massage and private cooking (1 day before). It is also very easy to take taxi’s, they pass by in Jl Drupadi all day and evening. The Charm, Perfect Location, lux and lovely ambience of Villa Anais will make your stay absolutely Wonderful. Guest Access The guests have access to the Entire Villa and have a private pool. Private Parking available.. It is possible to rent the villa as a 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms in low season. Price depending on qty of rooms needed. We have a security man working from 13.00 until 6.00 in the morning. The Neighborhood The villa is just minutes from some of Seminyak and Bali's most highly regarded restaurants, bars, clubs and spas. Beach-club it in style at Kudeta, Potato-Head, Cocoon, The W and Karma Kandara all with international restaurants, DJ's and fabulous views. Tantalize your taste-buds at the famous Metis, Sardine, Sarong, La Lucuiola and Naughty Nuris. Sunsets at the Rock Bar Ayana Hotel followed by Jimbaran beach seafood BBQ. Enjoy night-life spots such as The W Hotel, Living Room, Huu, Red Carpet, Maria Magdalena, Potato-Head and La Plancha. Getting around Taxi's are abundant. It is possible to have my staff organize a driver with van for your daytours. Explore with day trips to Lembongan Island, volcanoes, monkey forest, temples, elephant and reptile parks, waterfalls. Expand the soul with culture, art and Balinese dances in Ubud. Play golf at the Nirwana Bali Pan Pacific, New kuta and Bali Handara. Dive and snorkel reefs with exciting marine life. Surf world famous breaks of Uluwatu and Padang-Padang. The guests will have access to the entire villa and a private pool. Private Parking in front of the property. We interconnect with the guests 24/7. Friendly staff, including maids, service man and night guard. I see my guests daily when I am In Bali. It is possible to order a driver for day tours. My staff can assist you, for organising. Also taxi's are abundant or you can hire a scooter. #Airport pickup will be organised. #Please dont leave any food out in the open kitchen/ living area, as cats can come in. #If you take taxi's, be sure to have small Rp notes, drivers often dont have change. And ask them to put the meter on. #Walking on the streets in Bali, please be aware of your bag, keep it on the inside side of the street. #Incase you rent a motorbike, please keep your bag in the storage under the seat. Never leave valuables under the bike seat when you park your bike. Its easy to be opened. # When swimming on the beach, Be aware of the strong current.
