You're within walking distance of the local cafe and a short 3km trip to the grocery store and bottle shop. For a night out, you can go into the cute little town of Bargara, only 30 minutes away. Welcome to our studio apartment. Our place is perfect for people coming for holiday, short term work , work placement or study. There's a brand new kitchen, comfy bed, study desk, air-condition and smart TV for your convenience. There is no washing machine in the unit, you will be able to use the one inside of the main house. The Ground Floor is self contained with own kitchen, main bedroom with double bed, large sitting room with two single beds, TV with access to Netflix, wifi, books and board games. Harry and Philippa live on site, along with two dogs, two cats, one horse Jubilee, 5 sheep, chickens and a flock of guinea fowl that come and go.

Please note the bathroom pictures that there is a step up into the shower. A hand rail has been installed on the wall for your assistance. Even though the studio is under the same roof as our house you have your own private entrance. We have 3 security cameras with sensor lights at the property.
