Smoking (cigarettes, cannabis, e-cigarettes or any other form of smoking) or vaping is prohibited inside the space. Violation will result in termination of the reservation and a 250$ fine.

This is a nice private, and quiet unit with all of the amenities you would find in a fully furnished apartment setting. Unit has been freshly painted and always very clean with fresh bedding and lots of towels provided. Close to shopping, University, Hospital, local attractions and many lakes. The unit is located above a professional engineering office and has a private entrance. There are no cost laundry machines for long term guests.
