Welcome to The Creation Station. I am your host John. The Creation Station was built with love and care by me with my friends and family. Amenities? Update! We just installed an 8 person hot tub! Plus our pool, jacuzzi tub, projector, giant deck and a stage with sound system, drums amps and karaoke input. The most unique amenity though is The Enchanted Forest. Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

Slate House - a modern waterfront getaway

Water front on Frost Fish Creek! This recently renovated 3 bedroom (sleeps 9) 2 bath home is tucked off the road in a private oasis with panoramic water front views from almost every room. The bright open floor plan with fireplace, blue slate floors, high open ceilings to second floor, three pairs of sliders that boast nature, water views, fire pit, and screened in lounge and abundant sunlight. Walking distance to a small private dog friendly beach. Driving distance to many great beaches.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Hello vacation! The 1st floor of this renovated home has a gorgeous kitchen with a huge island ideal for meal prep, eating, hanging out and more! Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Beautiful hand built very private cabin with master bedroom and large loft located deep in the woods of Cape Ann. Walking distance to down town Rockport and waterfront. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. Pets are allowed only with advanced request to ensure safety of guest and residents pets. NEM 1450 plug for EV charging.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
