Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Castle Folly- Unique castle experience for two

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

The Annexe Newnham, Nr Daventry, Northamptonshire

A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided.

The Studio

Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

The Stables self-contained barn in a village

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
