This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

The cozy cottage is on the south facing slope in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. It’s .5 mile from I-64 but feels much more rural than the convenient 7 minute drive to downtown Huntington. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes for nice relaxing evenings with the convenience of still being close. The master bedroom has a tv and queen size bed. The spare bedroom has a tv and full size bed. The living room has a tv, dvd player, and queen size pull out sleeper sofa.

Grandma’s House

You’ll feel at home in this 100 year old house. Right in town but it has a secluded feel. Large rooms, laundry room, patio room and a big yard. 3 bedrooms include 2 full size beds and one twin bed. 2 full bathrooms - 1 with a tub/shower and the other with a shower. Several outdoor seating areas weather permitting. If you're lucky you'll catch a glimpse of the local wildlife emerging from the adjacent wooded area. 10 minutes from Marshall, downtown, 2 major hospitals or the mall.
