The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. Located in the middle of Bayfield County Forest and right on the CAMBA mountain bike trails and the North End ski trails (which connect to the American Birkebeiner ski trails). This is a rustic, minimally maintained yurt. Accessed only by foot travel, bike or skis. Come prepared to relax, unwind and explore the wonders of the north woods.

Easy walking distance to everything in Cable. It can sleep 5-6, but makes a great space for 2-4. 3 mi from the Birkie start, 2.5 mi from the North End Cabin. ATV & Snowmobile right from the driveway. Full furnace for heat and central air conditioning for those hot summer days!
