This farm has been in 1 family for multiple generations and is now being shared as a place for visitors to come and enjoy. This Farmhouse is located on nearly 80 acres that is still planted and harvested for crops. 15 min. southwest of Murray.

This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room with a kitchenette only, a large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!

It’s big enough to offer options for entertainment and dining but small enough to offer plenty of Southern hospitality.
