Bdrm 2 has a king bed and a single bed. Living room has: TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, expresso coffee machine. Not a full kitchen but equipped with the basics. Large full size bathroom. Private patio area. Free wifi and off street parking. Children welcome. We have toys, books, porta cot, high chair.

You have your own access and a key during your stay. There is good parking. The apartment is self contained and separate from the remainder of the house where we live.

Sitting in the heart of Cambridge, this recently refurbished two-bedroom apartment holds historic significance. Originally built in 1913 by the Priestley family, the building initially housed a saddlery on the ground floor, with a dentist's clinic on this very floor. Today, the apartment has been transformed into a modern, cosy living space, while retaining its charming historical features, like the casement windows and the suspended verandas, which were a novelty to Cambridge at the time.

Here at TE HUIS (at home) we provide our guests with a private self contained annex to our home with its own entrance and parking. Not suitable for children. This space is quiet and comfortable with a queen bed in a separate bedroom, living area with tv, sofa, table, kitchenette (portable hobs only) plus bathroom. A 15-20 minute walk to all that Cambridge has to offer, cafes, supermarkets, shops, walking and cycling tracks plus Lake Te Koo Utu. Pets strictly by prior arrangement only.

The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.

A modern contemporary apartment tastefully furnished in the quaint town of Te Aroha. A quiet suburban neighbourhood, a short walk into Te Aroha township, kayak down the Piako River, walk/mountain bike Te Aroha Mountain, soak in the mineral pools... Private access with lockbox for key access Condiments, tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereal all provided A gentle walk along the river, a bike along the cycle trail, nice eateries. The Studio is so central to all that Hamilton has to offer.
