Folly Road/RAF Mildenhall viewing area 5 minutes walk. Offroad parking. I am on the edge of the industrial estate, love the location as being noise sensitive strangely I find it quiet. Hear the planes sometimes

Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Vine cottage is a stone throw from a lovely village pub, pizza and Indian restaurant and cocktail bar

Our beautiful town centre is a 10 minute walk which includes plenty of independent shops, restaurants and pubs all based on the flow of the Great River Ouse. Public transport is a 5 minute walk to travel into the centre of the historic city of Cambridge or Huntingdon both with train stations with direct links to London, Peterborough & more. We offer free on site parking with a driveway that can accommodate 3+ vehicles comfortably. Our home also offers an enclosed rear garden that includes a bbq.

The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.
