The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Watch evening sunsets, have cocktails on the dock or around the fire pit, enjoy boating the St Mary’s River, or bird-watching from the river room of this secluded space. Stargaze from the backyard (no light pollution here!). A boat ramp is nearby for boat launching. Sea-Esta Retreat, a Great Golden Isles Location!

Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.

Check out this gorgeous and updated condo in The Beach Club! There is a pool and private beach access for guests.It has a beautiful ocean view and a private balcony. The first bedroom features a King size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the shared hall bath.
