My 100 Year Old Waco Home is the perfect place to stay in Waco. Located one mile from Magnolia Silos and Market and Baylor University, the home was completely remodeled in 2019. While updating 100% of the home, the home still has original wood floors and ceilings, and shiplap. A new wrap around porch was added overlooking a beautiful oak tree. Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire.
