Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Perched atop a miniature mountain with expansive views extending from the Pacific Ocean to the peak of San Gorgonio (highest mountain in SoCal), this concept cabin is like a disintegrated house spread across about a 1 acre area. The interior consists of a lofted queen size bed with a large skylight for stargazing, as well as a lounge space with an oversized leather sofa. The highlight of the cabin is the outdoor space.
