Lake rights let's you access the lake directly only a couple blocks away at the community beach as well as a boat/paddle board/ kayak launch. Full kitchen, charcoal grill, and fire pit available for use. Enjoy all Canandaigua has to offer with just a quick drive from multiple wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. Also very close to CMAC, and FLCC. Bristol Mtn only 30min drive!

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

A quiet very relaxing private home out in the Finger Lakes region. High speed internet & roku tv provided. Gas fireplace, airconditioning. Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.

This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
