The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. Lodge features air conditioning, remote controlled blinds, hot tub with mood lighting and floating Bluetooth speaker, outdoor dining area, fridge, combi oven, coffee machine and sofa bed.

There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

The Studio, Poole (Detatched with private garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

The Annexe is a private guest retreat attached to our former family home, now exclusively for visitors. Enjoy a charming garden with a covered hot tub and festoon lights, perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby coastline and forest walks. Just minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, and shops, it’s an ideal base for your stay. Guests also enjoy Sky Sports, Wi-Fi, and a cosy outdoor seating area, making it perfect for a romantic, relaxing or an outdoorsy getaway.

A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.
