Sit on your balcony and watch beautiful sunrises, Kennedy Space Center Launches and Cruise Ships entering and leaving the Port. Boasting 2600 square feet of living quarters, equipped with TVs throughout, Wifi and a work area for laptop. The property provides parking for 5 midsize vehicles.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Walk across the street to the nearest public beach access. Grab the beach supplies from inside the garage on your way out the door. Close to Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space center. There are plenty of restaurant and shops nearby with world class fishing charters down the street in the port.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac for a comfortable night sleep! Private entrance & parking for two vehicles. We will be happy to provide free shuttle service to & from cruise terminal; schedule permitting. Arrangements for leaving your car can be made.
