Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier! 2 miles from Port Canaveral with all the best restuarants and bars, as well as the Cruislines! We also have a Fantastic view off our beach of all the rocket launches! The house fully stocked. Equiped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sunscreen and coffee.The house is one bedroom, however there is a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 extra guests.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

The Ocean is a block away, along with shopping, grocery and restaurants close by. You will have the space all to yourself including a full kitchen for making meals. Large flat screen smart TV in living room. High speed wi-fi throughout. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach wagon await your beach day adventure.

Walk across the street to the nearest public beach access. Grab the beach supplies from inside the garage on your way out the door. Close to Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space center.
