The 2 BR Unit is fully is fitted with quality furniture & fittings. Sleeps 5 persons incl trundle bed. From your private veranda sit & watch the beautiful sunsets and the entertainment our Australian Wildlife has to offer. Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

The Loft at Smythes Creek

A beautiful country retreat with yummy breakfast provisions to start you off. The loft is fully self contained in a country setting on our property. Serene and peaceful the property offers 5 acres to wander around on or just relax. Meet our friendly chooks and lambs. The property is fully fenced and provides lots of space for the kids to run around and play. Ideally located 15 minutes from Ballarat and 8 minutes from Delacombe Town Centre.

Historic Linton Post Office

Welcome to the historic Linton Post Office. This beautiful character filled building was built in 1880 and operated as the Telegraph / Post Office and Post Masters residence for over a century. There are many reminders of the past displayed throughout the charming house. The picturesque township of Linton has a rich history with European settlement dating back to 1839 and the first gold found in 1855 and continued to be found until 1880's.

t Boshuus - mud brick home amongst the trees

Our mud brick home, is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and is bordering on the Enfield State Forest. The 3 bedroom home is an ideal quiet and peaceful escape from urban life, featuring a wood heater, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry with a washing machine. Kangaroos often visit our backyard to feed on the grass. Lots of native birds can be spotted. We had a Tawny Frogmouth nest near the house and even a koala visit, recently.
