This is a relatively secluded location in a private neighborhood intended for getting back to nature. *Please note that the neighborhood was flooded in hurricane Florence last October so some of the homes are currently under renovation.

The suite offers eight acres of woods with trail, a courtyard with grill and pizza oven, fire pit, an area for sun bathing and for lawn games and an incredible "wildscaping". It provides all you need for your wellbeing like forest bathing, earthing, quiet retreats, nature connection, peaceful time and lots of books to read. The suite is next to the main house, with private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and pond. It is completely isolated from noise and view from others.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.
