Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Charming vintage 3-bedroom, 1-bath home just one block from the beach and down the street from Pelican Brewing. The home is also within walking distance to the grocery store, making it a convenient and comfortable spot for a family getaway. This is also a quiet home with local neighbors on both sides, so it is not suitable for parties or rowdy gatherings. The hot tub closes strictly at 10:00 PM. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.
