We are a 15-mi drive on an unpaved road, off-grid with full plumbing, but NO electricity. We provide hot water, grill & stove, propane, firewood & emergency internet. Close access to Snowmobiling, X Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities.

The property borders the Cumbres and Toltec Railway with a front porch view of the train during train season! Its a short walk to fishing and hiking in the Rio Grande National Forest. This four-season cabin can be especially enjoyable as a cozy retreat once snow flies and can be accessed by snowmobile, XC skis or snowshoes!

Situated just along HWY 160 this centrally located A- Frame studio cabin is ideal for anglers, skiers, and alpine enthusiasts looking for easy access to all the Southern San Juans have to offer. Wolf Creek Ski area is 17 miles away and the South Fork of the Rio Grande runs just across the highway. A cozy tiny little house that is located in the San Luis Valley. The cozy house is located on our family ranch where you are within walking distance of fishing on the Rio Grande River or can enjoy seeing lots of different animals such as farm animals and wildlife. You can put your feet up as you sit on the porch and listen to the Ro Grande flow and immerse yourself in all that the ranch has to offer. Relax and enjoy your stay.

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
