The cottage offers a newly 2023 renovated kitchen with numerous appliances and plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. The living room has a sofa, chaise lounge, large Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi, and hardwood floors. The dining room table sits 6. The front porch swing and rocking chairs are perfect for enjoying breezy evenings and quiet mornings. And there’s a hot/cold outdoor shower!

Relax in this peaceful place which is located just over 5 miles to Emerald Isle bridge & 8 minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment in Cape Carteret. Our little place provides 480 cozy sq. ft. with full kitchen, all cooking amenities, a large room with a loveseat pullout bed, dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD (no cable) and Alexa. Washer and dryer, and regular tub for bathing or showering(filtered water). Enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evening for some nice down-time!

This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
