Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Miles of breathtaking water views looking towards Swansboro from this riverfront cottage that has been newly renovated inside & out. A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

South River Retreat

Bring your boat and come to South River Retreat to rest, relax and fish. This cozy water view cottage is the perfect place to bring your boat for fishing or just get away and unwind. The boat dock is directly across the road from the house. The South River is known for huge drums. This area is a fisherman’s heaven. We are 20 minutes from Beaufort, 30 minutes Morehead City and 40 minutes Atlantic Beach.

A cute, charming, open and airy country cottage only 10 minutes from downtown New Bern. Walking distance to Neuse River and 5 minutes from public boat landing. It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
