Backyard Tiny House ~Radiant Heat ~Nature ~WiFi

Take it easy at this unique tiny house experience in the city. The Bunkie is a private 9’ x 12’ cottage with a couch, kitchenette (with running water), queen bed, Loftnet hammock & outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate washroom with an incineration toilet, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Now open! The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. We have 1 large dog on site (lives in the house). For allergenic reasons and safety of other animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!
