The bathroom has two sinks w/ a marble tub/Shower combo. The kitchen has brand new appliances and there is a small dining area. The laundry room has a washer and dryer w/ a pull down ironing board. Also a fully fenced yard.

The Oakley dam is located about 20 minutes away and is known for the state record walleye.
