Charlie’s Place is idyllically located on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River inside the Bucktail State Park Natural Area of the Sproul State Forest. Charlie’s Place is directly off of state road Route 120, which is a main thoroughfare. Lock Haven is a 15 minute drive and State College is 45 minutes. Visit to relax and enjoy nature. Numerous opportunities abound for the outdoor enthusiast right outside your door including river access.

With 2 full and one ½ bathrooms, convenience is key! Enjoy views from the wraparound main deck and balconies. Eagle Bend Lodge offers direct access to the Pine Creek Rail Trail and an easy drive to charming destinations like Wellsboro, Blackwell, and the PA Grand Canyon.

Rustic Bliss, New handicap accessible cabin

Rustic Bliss is a new cabin on its own private lot and set up for everyone's comfort. It is even set up for the handicap. The open concept cabin with wide pocket doors, hands free lights in the bathroom and table built for a wheel chair to fit under. We supply the bedding, towels and the basic necessities in the kitchen. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a seat and an extended hose for those who need to sit while showering.
