The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

You will enjoy your own privacy with separate access from the house that is quiet and peaceful. It's a 20 min downhill walk down to the village which has a great selection of shops and cafes. Easy reach of local wineries, cycle paths and all the other attractions Hawkes Bay has to offer. 25 mins drive from Napier and 30 mins drive from Airport.

It is part of a sustainability project with money earned from this listing going into planting land damaged by cyclone Gabriel, with natives. Situated just five minutes drive from Havelock North village and set adjacent to the Te Mata Peak park where you can enjoy the local walking, mountain biking tracks and must-see views

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.
