Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

You enter via a shared lobby. From here you take the stairs to your own private guest suite with a spacious lounge complete with a stunning view over Lake Wanaka. This area has an armchair and a large chaise sofa bed with TV, mini fridge & tea/coffee facilities. Off the living space is the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The room is attached to our house but is completely separate with private space for guests. There is no kitchen or laundry facilities.

Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
