Cottage Retreat by the Bay

The cottage bay retreat is in the lower level of our character home. My adult daughter and I live upstairs. We are located across the street from sandy Cordova Bay beach which is what makes staying in Cordova Bay so special. There is abundant sea life with otters, seals, eagles, crabs and a wonderful sandbar to explore tidal pools at low tide. It’s a great place to kayak or paddle board. Bike trails to Victoria are 1 block away. Come back from the beach and relax in this rustic stylish space.

1 Bedroom Suite w/1 Breakfast Included

The kitchen will be stocked with the following food items (guests must prepare the food): - Two (2) organic eggs per guest - Two (2) pc whole wheat bread per guest - Juice/Tea/Coffee/Milk/Creamer - Jam & Peanut Butter - Oatmeal - Miscellaneous Pantry items (popcorn/soup/etc.) Walking distance to Sidney (1.5km to town/1 km to the oceanfront) and the Victoria International Airport (2.2km) NOTE: Persons with mobility concerns may have a difficult time getting in and out of the primary bed.

Cozy Cordova Bay suite with Ocean View

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

Brentwood Garden Suite

The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

Unwind in your private suite with a walkout entrance on the lower level of our family home, nestled on 2 acres beside Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Located in the heart of Cordova Bay you are just a few steps to a fantastic sand bar beach. Less than 5 minutes down the road you have an 18 hole championship golf course. If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.

Peaceful two bedroom garden suite in Sidney by the Sea B.C. Walk to Beacon Avenue and all the shops of Sidney in 15 minutes or drive in 3 minutes. The ocean is at the end of the driveway. Enjoy strolls or bike rides along the pathway. We are right on the bus route to Victoria or drive to downtown Victoria in 25 minutes. Minutes from the airport and Swartz Bay ferry terminal.
