Welcome to the Stables Built in 1906 the Stables is a private self contained annex attached to our main house and was originally a hayloft. Situated in a small market town at the foot of the Cambrian Mountains, a dark skies area, with a selection of small independent shops restaurants and pubs, all within walking distance. Situated in a self-contained wing of the farmhouse, there is a large double bedroom (with kingsize and single beds), private bathroom and lounge/breakfast room. There's a large TV with Freeview, a selection of games and puzzles, a library of books and you’re welcome to explore and relax in the gardens/grounds. And WiFi is available if you want to remain connected to the real world! Continental breakfast is provided along with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. There is no kitchen.

Self contained, Close to beaches, Stunning views

Just 5 mins from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches, this gorgeous self-contained room features a modern en-suite, private entrance, TV, and small dressing room. Although no kitchen, a breakfast buffet is provided with toaster, fridge & kettle. There is ample free parking and a private patio outside the room with table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. Very peaceful, yet 15 mins from the towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn. Please note this is not suitable for infants or pets.

Parking is available outside the annex. All access and accommodation is on the same level for easy use. Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.

An annexed studio, entrance accessed from our courtyard. A stylish, comfortable stay, in a village location just 10 mins drive from Borth Ynyslas Beach. We carbon offset all stays with a tree planted per night, per guest, through our Ecologi partnership. Our village is in the Dyfi Estuary, woods behind the house, a community woods down the lane, and views to Borth and Cardigan Bay, pub and shop. Accessed by public transport, trains to Machynlleth and Aberystwyth, and buses.
