1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

The Costa Rican Bungalow is one of Beachside Boutique Inn’s most loved private cottages, full of historic Folly Beach charm and an unbeatable walkable location. This cozy 1BR cottage features a queen bed, private bath, full kitchen, and a large front porch with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing after the beach. Pet friendly and just a short walk to the ocean, restaurants, bars, and shops, many guests park once and explore Folly entirely on foot.

Folliday Inn- The Streamliner - Room 31

Room 31- The Streamliner. This 2nd floor guest room has a covered porch entry area, a Queen-sized bed & a Twin daybed. The bathroom is conveniently outfitted with a tub & shower. Swim in the largest pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is only 1 block away. 1 parking pass provided. Must be 21 years old to book. Community grill. NO smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog with an additional $125 + tax pet fee. Occupancy cannot exceed 3 guests.
