Fully refurbished to an extraordinary standard and listed as a holiday property only in 2020, The Old Dairy at Ellingham is an absolutely stunning cottage situated in the most picturesque outer-grounds of beautiful Ellingham Hall - located just 6 miles from Bamburgh and equal distance from Beadnell and Alnwick, and the rest of the Heritage Coastline. This stylish and spacious 2,100 sqft cottage is perfect for a larger group, or family looking to stay in a picture-perfect chocolate-box village.

The Nissen Hut - Westfield Farm

New this season, this contemporary and modern Nissen Hut offers luxury accommodation on the stunning coastline of Northumberland. Situated between Seahouses and Bamburgh it is the perfect base to explore this outstanding area of beauty. Alnwick is within 20 minutes distance and Berwick within half an hour. Our Nissen hut was an original old building on our farm and has gone under a complete transformation to the highest standard. Sleeps up to two guests and has all the amenities you will need.

Wildhope View, Bilton, nr Alnmouth

Wildhope View: A detached, characterful, stone cottage - especially for two. Located in the historic hamlet of Bilton, a stone’s throw away from the vibrant village of Alnmouth. A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

The Lookout @ 3 Cliff House

The Lookout is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor flat with a mini balcony, boasting uninterrupted, majestic views. Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.

Beach Retreat is a recently refurbished house within walking distance of the town centre. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, multi fuel stove and ample seating. Living room with wood burning stove and TV. Play room with sofa bed and TV. Cloakroom with WC and basin. 4 Bedrooms - king size bed and en suite shower - double bed and en suite shower - bunk beds - single bed Family bathroom with bath, WC and basin.

Sleeps up to 6 in Kingsize bed, twin room and sofa bed, central heating, fully fitted kitchen, all sheets and towels provided, one shower and toilet. Hottub (extra charge) BBQ and fire pit outside, garden furniture. Views right down to the Coast and Dark Skies in the evening. 5 minute drive to local pub for bar meal. 10 minutes to the coast and Alnwick Castle and Gardens.

Cosy, detached, dog-friendly couples retreat

EllinghamCottages welcomes you to The Signalbox, our gorgeous little studio. It's in the village of Ellingham, has a log burner, south facing balcony and a private enclosed garden. It's fully equipped for self-catering and is within a minute's walk of a great pub if you don't fancy cooking. Its name is our little touch of whimsy because we immediately thought of a signal box when we first saw it with its exterior wooden panelling.
