Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Adorable Rustic Lofted Cabin Close to Tallahassee

Come, relax at my cozy, cabin in the country! It's 12 ft by 14 ft with a loft. There's a full size bed with a twin cot in the loft and plenty of throw pillows. Included is a private bathroom with shower and hot water! Also it has a TV, DVD player, AC/heat, mini fridge, microwave and WiFi. We're on a county road that's only 2 miles to I-10 and 25 minutes to Tallahassee for your convenience. And within a half hour's drive are 6 prisons for visiting day!

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting our youth and educational programs. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking (byo) and calm hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
