The large private master bedroom has spacious ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Hiwassee Lake is connected to the TVA. During fall and winter months lake levels will lower.

The house features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a fabulous deep water tub and walk-in shower. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, two kayaks, a canoe, a paddleboat, and a paddle board. The cabin is far enough to escape from the everyday norm but close enough to the Nantahala Gorge for white water rafting, fly fishing, and dining.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.
