The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. This property is a unique oasis that combines today's modern conveniences with the charm of elegant decor. Enter the front door and be taken in by the surrounding water views, and enjoy charming verandas and a balcony that overlook the lake and gardens surrounding the cottage. Guests can also enjoy the use of a private beach, fishing, kayaks and a paddleboat!

(Winter: Stargazer has a diesel heater and a woodstove but is not insulated. The cabin can be kept quite warm into the low 30's if these heaters are running. Below freezing may freeze pipes, message for info) Rustic off grid tiny cabin tucked in the trees on the back side of a large field. The cabin has solar, kitchenette, shower, composting bathroom, heat, and Wifi! Enjoy being immersed in nature while staying comfortable in a quirky cabin built from local and reclaimed materials.

Beautiful, quiet woodland setting with a creek running through it, just 5 miles from downtown Frederick. Tucked away into the woods our tiny A-Frame has a comfortable queen bed(not an air mattress) for a rest and retreat fully immersed in the poplar woods. This is a camping style set up- so if you enjoy camping then this place is for you. No running water- but plenty of good clean mountain water available , no electricity, compost toilet. We do not allow dogs.
