Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Old Reading Room West Stafford

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

The property boasts two dining areas, one of which sits on the large balcony with views across Bournemouth beach and a bespoke wood burning stove for the winter nights. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. Stylish self-contained annexe in rural mid Dorset

A thoughtfully designed space for two in glorious, peaceful Dorset countryside. Located on the edge of the lovely village of Hilton, this is a perfect place to hunker down for a few days or to use as a base for exploring all the amazing places that Dorset has to offer, all within easy reach. We are a gentle half hour stroll from Milton Abbey which is set in a magnificent Capability Brown landscape. We are also an easy trip (approximately 20 miles) from the spectacular Jurassic coast.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The studio is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and a new kitchenette for your use only. Located opposite the awards winning pub "Thimble Inn" in a friendly village in the scenic Piddle Valley. It is a perfect central location to explore Dorset, with many attractions nearby, only 10min drive to the Cerne Abbas giant or Dorchester and 25min to the Jurassic Coast.

Unfortunately, it isn’t suitable for children under 5 or large/active dogs (see House Rules).

The Spindleberry hut is a Beautifully bespoke Shepherds hut nestled in a tranquil field on a farm in the Piddle Valley, Dorset. With outdoor claw foot Stargazing bath tub, King-size bed, en-suite shower room and fully equipped kitchen. High speed (fibre based) wireless Internet connection. Relax, listen and watch nature or maybe sit around the fire pit with a glass of wine. Visit the Jurassic Coast and Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove all within 30 minutes drive.

The Parlour, Duntish Mill Farm, EV Charging

The Parlour is a 3 double bedroom cottage which is part of Duntish Mill Farm that has recently been lovingly renovated. There is open plan living with vaulted ceilings and a cosy log burner. French doors that lead onto a large private patio area. Located in an AONB of Dorset, we are surrounded by plenty of stunning countryside centrally located between the historic towns of Sherbourne and Dorchester, which is also only a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast.
