Self contained stylish first floor studio flat - open plan bed, living and kitchen, shower room, balcony and secure undercover parking in a secure gated drive. Located 6 miles east of Chichester and Goodwood - easy access to both; close to Arundel, the South Downs and perfectly situated to explore the beautiful countryside and beaches. Fontwell racecourse is easy walking distance. West Dean College is a short drive away. The studio is within the family garage complex opposite the main property.

Attached to our family home but with private entrance and off-street parking, The Lodge offers guests a stylish living/dining area, a comfortable galleried king bedroom upstairs and outdoor seating area. Located 0.4 miles away from the bustling market town of Petersfield. Free Wi-Fi and self check-in available.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.
