The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.
