This cozy RV is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk brings you to a shared 2 story scenic dock to enjoy morning coffee or take in the sights. Wi-Fi. Washer & dryer in separate adjacent building. TV, futon and 2 person recliner in the living room. The bathroom has a walk in shower w/all the basics. Kitchen is fully equipped with propane stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, instant pot, and 2 burner electric hotplate. TV in bedroom with queen bed- fresh linens & under-bed storage.

We have the largest Manatee winter habitat in the world, many natural springs and nature trails to explore! Camper is comfortable for solo travelers, couples or families. Extras include; charcoal and gas grill, outdoor chairs, coolers etc. Camper is set on private property in a residential neighborhood near the end of the street.
