LOW WATER SPECIAL, with the low lake water levels this summer we have reduced our rates for June and July to $225 a night. We have clear water at our dock to provide a great swimming hole. The mouth of the cove is shallower than the cove (the cove fills through aquifers) and does not allow boats to come in and out of the cove as of May, 21. 3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.
